Lawyers

If you think you need a lawyer, be aware that they specialise in  different areas of law. Some  lawyers will charge for an initial meeting – so ask about their charges first.

You will also find some useful advice here about what your lawyer should offer you.

If you cannot afford a lawyer you may be able to get a legal aid lawyer – find out if you may be eligible. If you do meet the criteria you will be able to view a list of legal aid lawyers in your area.
