Grandparents Raising Grandchildren (2007)
A plain English handbook with information and practical ideas to assist grandparents and other kin caregivers. Includes a chapter on understanding the law and getting legal help. Legal topics covered include guardianship, custody, what if you die?, adoption, access, wardship, going to court, counsel for the child, harassment or abuse, and the Family Group Conference.
